Very poor communication skills. I emailed requesting a quote for a replacement hot water tank. Nothing. Called in a week later as I hadn’t heard from Reive. Was told my request was passed on and I should hear from them in a few days. Here I am almost 2 weeks later. Thanks but no thanks. I’ll move on.

These guys are GREAT. They have done 3 different jobs at my house and are always professional and efficient. Shout out to Owen, who was especially helpful and professional.

I met Brian outside a parts store trying to find the right parts for my kitchen faucet (the parts store wasn't able to help). Brian gave me his number and said he would be able to contact a supplier for me within hours he had an answer and knew exactly what parts and who to call get them! What a wonderful service to just be able to help a random person out! So pleased and will definitely be calling him for any plumbing needs! Thanks so much Brian!

Had my hot water tank give out on a Saturday morning, called around to several places but couldn't get a response or told me it would have to wait until Monday. Gave Reive a call and in no time at all Kyle came out and got the replacement in very quickly. Would strongly recommend Reive, thank you Kyle!

Very impressed with this company. We’ve had others do work on other buildings in southern Alberta. Reive plumbing was recommended by one of our contractors. They did not disappoint. Very helpful, fast, priced very fair and very good communication. Once they fixed something in one building and we were happy, we sent them to another the next day.
