Reid’s did my roof, siding and insulation. I can’t imagine calling anyone else. They are honest, friendly, reliable do great work. I’ll be calling them again when my roof needs to be done someday.

I have used Reid’s Roofing a number of times: fixing a stubborn leak that no one would even look at; a reroof on a rental property; and most recently replacing the ridge cap on my home. Reid’s has always answered the phone; provided a quick and comprehensive estimate; completed the work on time and budget. I have been most impressed with service technician that repaired my ridge cap. On time, tidy and even fixed a few things unrelated to the contract. Thanks Harold. I will be using Reid’s the next time I need them.

Had a great experience with my new roof installation by Reid's Roofing. Henry was professional, responsive, and provided great communication when doing the estimating. My project involved some roof construction to create overhangs on my older house. Reid's was one of the only companies I found that were able to handle this construction work as part of the re-roof. Paul and the installation crew were friendly, polite, showed up when they said they would, and put in some long days to get the work done. Paul answered all my questions patiently and professionally. My wife was impressed that they offered to help carry in groceries when she came back from shopping. I was impressed at how organized and neat they kept the work site and how well they cleaned up each day. They even came by a day later and ran the magnet sweep through the lawn again to check for nails. I would definitely recommend Reid's Roofing.

We had Reid's replace two of our aging skylights with triple paned glass and re-shingle our shed roof. They were very knowledgeable, and straight forward with their prices (reasonable). Their work is very neat, professional and their office communications very friendly. The skylights let in so much more light, we couldn't be happier. Thank you! Recommended.

I appreciate the work they did as they worked very late into the night on the first day and as a result they had to run off the roof because it started to rain heavily, but they left it unfinished as a result for several days as it rained. After the rain cleared, they seemed to rush when they came back and completed the work and cleaned up, however the extra splash guards weren’t installed (they had to come back later in the week after I asked about it) and my backyard was covered in nails even after they said they were done cleanup. On the back porch was the worst- furniture was removed prior to work but they returned the furniture right over all the nails, hiding a significant amount (photos don’t even capture all we found). There were nails under all the furniture, but we also nails in between the cracks on our front driveway and near the lawn and it resulted in two flat tires. We reached out concerned because we have pets and it’s a safety concern, additionally upset about having to replace two tires (one on a vehicle from our household, the other from a visitor) and finally visually there are other areas of concern (roofing tar on our siding, on our patio umbrella) but nobody has reached out after we contacted the receptionist and they said someone would. We had our work done in august so this review is long overdue. Although I’m happy with the roof, the rest of it makes it so I couldn’t truthfully recommend this company.
