Reid Bros. has consistently provided excellent service. I've used them for 15 yrs and they are the first plumbing company I think of when we need some work to be done. This time around, they serviced our on demand hot water system promptly and professionally.

My in-laws’ house had a leak in a boiler pipe in the basement, and James and Richard who came on February 3rd were excellent. They were very professional, efficient, and acted quickly to stop any further leaks right away. They also gave helpful, honest advice on what to watch out for, and were patient when we had questions. Really impressed with their work and service—would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Thomas visited this morning to do regular maintenance servicing on my Navien boiler. He arrived on time and was super polite, thorough, and efficient. He pointed out a couple of minor things to be aware of, but did not try to do any of the aggressive upselling I've seen from some other companies. I will definitely be reaching out to Reid Brothers for future plumbing and heating needs.

We used them for a few of our properties, one a multi story apartment having a commercial IBC boiler and the other a residential with a Navien boiler. The service technicians were professional and knowledgeable, didn’t waste their time looking around and started work right away making use of the 30 minutes of service call you are charged for. I have brought other plumbers that might seemed cheaper on paper but didn’t have a clue on the actual issue of the units and wanted to disassemble the whole thing. Glad I called Reid Brothers because they solved the issue within a reasonable time and their service call fee was reasonable and comparable to others and quick to attend without forcing you to pay after hours or weekend rates. If I have any issues, I’ll be sure to update this review here to reflect that. So far none.

Recently, a Reid Brothers technician made some adjustments to get our heating system working properly and also did a full inspection of our furnace and hot water tank, etc. He arrived in good time, was very pleasant, and worked efficiently to get the job done. I appreciate that he didn't try to convince us we need a new furnace or need to replace any parts. I am very pleased with the service from Reid Brothers and will call them again when a heating or plumbing issue arises.
