Amanda at reception was an absolute delight—warm, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and fully bilingual. Reem gave me a much-needed facial and she knocked it out of the park. The owner was also on site, making sure everything ran seamlessly, which says a lot about the care they put into the place. The spa itself is spotless and immediately gives “luxury Hollywood” vibes the moment you walk in. The whole experience felt elevated, relaxing, and worth every second. I’m so happy to have finally found my new go-to esthetics spot with truly high standards.

I’ve been going to this location for several years now and they always greet me with positivity and kindness. Such a clean and comfortable relaxing spot, I would definitely recommend! I’ve been doing the bbl laser hair removal with Melissa and I always enjoy my time as we have great conversations and amazing results. The whole team has been respectful and helpful throughout my time here.

My favorite beauty salon in Ottawa for several years now, this place is truly exceptional. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is clean, and the staff is incredibly attentive. Every single time that I go there, it is an amazing experience. The ambience is beautiful. The music is soothing. I always find myself falling asleep no matter what I’m getting done. The aestheticians are super sweet and understanding. I usually go in for my nails, my brows or other maintenance stuff and it always turns out so beautiful!💖

What a beautiful salon and great service. The environment is very clean and zen and you are made to feel very welcomed. I have tried multiple services here and the expertise and knowledge of the staff is unmatched. Highly recommend this salon if your looking for safe, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff to provide you the services your looking for! Sonia is personal favourite, but I have no doubt the others are just as amazing!
