Jay is a wonderful therapist. He did an amazing job getting me to have full function in my hand. He's very invested in his patients healing journey and goes the extra mile to help attain the best possible results. Jennifer, the Kinesiologist, compliments Regain Health beautifully with her knowledge and expertise. The office staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. At Regain Health you become part of a family that has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend coming here for the best physiotherapy care I've ever received. I after 6 weeks in a cast for my broken wrist, this Thursday Jan 22 physio therapist Jay treated my very sore and stiff wrist. It was amazing and there was a bit of pain, as he worked on it but no pain after, i have WAY more movement ..ie not so stiff and painfull. Now i’ll do my stretches and ball squeezes JAY showed how to do. Thankyou Regain is a great name, Ive regained my hope for full recovery as i do my rehab work.

I’ve been going to Hand Therapies for about eight months, and the team has been amazing. Jay is incredibly kind, patient, and truly listens. The reception staff is also very supportive and always helps with scheduling.they are so Lovable Whether you’re with WCB, ICBC, or visiting privately, I highly recommend this clinic.
