I recently took two Pilates classes and really enjoyed them. The instructor was great and explained the exercises clearly, which made it easy to follow along even as a beginner. The class was well organized and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I felt relaxed but also got a good workout. I’m definitely planning to come back every week. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Reformed in Airdrie now since they've opened, and I can't say enough good things about it! The teachers are all friendly, instructive, and great at helping anyone with any physical limitations. As a busy mom it's also incredible being able to choose lessons at any time of day, any day of the week so I can always fit in a workout. The atmosphere is modern and clean, and the heated room during the winter is fantastic.

Today was my first time trying Pilates. I was welcomed as soon as I came in. The studio has a very cheery relaxing vibe. The instructor explained the equipment to me before hand and was easy to follow during the class. It was a great introduction and I will definitely visit again.

This studio is honestly the best. The classes flow really nicely and are very motivating. A special mention for Megan, ’cause she always knows how to push you just enough while keeping things supportive and rewarding. I love coming here every week!

Love this place! I’d always wanted to try reformer Pilates so was excited to see a couple studios open up in Airdrie. Enjoyed the classes so much I didn’t even make it 3 classes before I upgraded my membership to take more classes. Great variety of class times and every trainer is a bit different so keeps it fresh and fun. The heated element of class feels so nice actually and isn’t unbearably hot. And you can use the memberships at any reformed location which is great. If you’ve ever wanted to try out Pilates give Reformed a try!
