I've been attending CFL since March 2024. Fantastic gym, fantastic people. Everyone is so lovely and encouraging. Great atmosphere, lovely space. Fantastic equipment. Classes start promptly and are well led by a variety of knowledgeable coaches who are great at teaching and coaching and ensuring you exercise safely. There is plenty of scaling available for the various moves depending on skill and ability, and thus the classes are open to all skill levels. I am not the fittest or strongest person but nobody looks down on me, and everyone has been very kind. All in all a great gym and I'm very grateful for them for being a part of my fitness journey. Never has working out been so much fun! I've never enjoyed exercise so much in my life.

My wife and I were heartbroken when our original CrossFit gym, Progressive Fitness, decided to close its doors. We thought it couldn't be replaced, not so much because of the programming (let's face it, a burpee is a burpee), but because of the atmosphere—especially the coaching. We tried other places and even gave feedback to an interim strength training gym, hoping they could bring back that special environment Progressive had. Well, we found it. We've been with Lloydminster CrossFit for about a month, and it already feels like home. The coaches are fantastic; they don’t just tell you the workout and movements and then leave you to it. They genuinely coach you, guiding and supporting every step of the way. We were pleasantly surprised by how closely Lloydminster CrossFit resembles the vibe we loved at Progressive Fitness, so maybe that’s why it feels so right. We still can’t figure out why we waited almost two years to reach out to Scott. For anyone who used to enjoy the community and coaching at Progressive Fitness, trust us—Lloydminster CrossFit will feel like home. Highly recommended! If you're new to CrossFit, don’t hesitate to reach out to Scott. They’ve got you covered for just about any age. Let’s face it, I’m over 50, sit behind a desk every day, and I’m not exactly the poster boy of physicality—but they have scaling options for everyone. So don’t hesitate, give it a try!

I have been attending this gym for the past 11 years. Before this I had no experience with gyms. My wife and I came in as complete newbies and found an amazing and supportive environment that pushes you to work hard and grow. I go to the gym so that I can be a better husband, dad and boss, and Crossfit Lloyd has help me to do that.

CrossFit Lloydminster is such a welcoming environment for athletes of ANY skill level. I quickly gained confidence with the help of the coaches. Now I look forward to getting my workout in because there is a community to help keep me motivated and hold me accountable!

Gonna be here for at least 5 or 6 days and already feeling like I've dropped into a good box. I'm looking forward to sweat and suffering to come. Love the names of the cardio equipment too!
