A warm smile is the universal language of kindness. Thank you Refine for putting kindness into the world. This was my child’s very first visit to the orthodontist, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely at ease. The front desk was so welcoming, and the waiting area was comfortable and kid-friendly. The orthodontist and assistants took extra time to explain everything in simple, reassuring terms—not just to me, but also to my child, which made such a difference. They were gentle, patient, and kind, making what could have been a scary experience into a really positive one. My child walked out smiling, excited, and confident instead of nervous. I truly appreciate how thorough the team was in explaining the process, answering all our questions, and making sure we felt supported every step of the way. I would recommend Refine to any parent looking for compassionate, professional orthodontic care. We are actually looking forward to our next visit!

We’ve been patients of Refine Orthodontic for over 15 years, starting when our daughter first came here. Dr. Ng’s professionalism, skill, and efficiency have been nothing short of outstanding from day one. Even now, long after our daughter’s treatment, we still trust Refine as the only orthodontic office we would ever go to—so much so that I happily travel 40 minutes each way just to be seen here. We’re now here for our son’s orthodontic treatment as well, and we couldn’t be happier with the results and the care he’s receiving. Our daughter has been a patient at Refine Orthodontics for a few years now. They are amazing. They helped us prepare for braces while she was young to make the transition to braces comfortable and easier when the time came. She is a teenager now and it has been a great experience. Her smile is getting better and better, the doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have dealt with everything from emergency repair visits after hours to routine checks and receive the same caring treatment and experience every time. So glad we chose Refine!!!!!

My oldest has had braces for 11 months. My youngest is in the process of getting his on. He has been really excited and wanted me to book the earliest appointments for him, so that he can show all his friends his braces before going on holidays! Every staff member has been super kind and explains everything, so that preteens can understand the process and exactly what is going to happen. They’ve made it a comfortable and safe place to come! I have had a very positive experience with Refine. My daughter recently completed her treatment with them and amazingly finished before the two year mark. My son is still under going his treatment. Everyone has been amazing and kind. They always try their best to fit in my kids when needed. Thank you refine team 🙂
