The lady who cut my hair kept combing my face and eyelids repeatedly. She obviously didn’t care. I never looked this ugly after a haircut. She really messed up my bangs. The ends of my hair is choppy mess. I had to tell her to stop cutting my bangs. When I left I really wanted to cry. I gave them a 1/5 because they’re willing to take me in last minute. Honestly, one of the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Now I'm going to go back to my regular salon to fix this mess.

This time I went to dye my hair, but when she was washing my hair, the water flowed onto my back and it was very uncomfortable. When I got home, I realized that the collar of my T-shirt was stained. I washed it twice and there are still marks. Also, she didn't dry my hair properly before letting me leave. I'm not sure if I will go again.

This has been my second visit to Red Rose Hair Salon and I have to say Nancy did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted. She is so knowledgeable in the type of style and based on my current haircut she made it look so awesome. 5 Stars!

This place used to be a good place for a cheap hair cut. Not no much anymore. Price has gone up but that's happens. The 1 star review is because the last 2 times I've made an appointment, I've ended up waiting 30-45 min for a 20 min haircut. What a waste of time. What's the use of making an appointment? May as well be just a walk in. Time to try elsewhere.

Appointment made by phone earlier in the day. I arrived on time, first and only visit. There was one stylist and she had a client. She asked if I had an appointment and when I said "Yes", she offered my first name, which I confirmed. Then she said something about being a few minutes, but I did not catch it all. Their clock, BTW, was about 5 minutes slow, so by that I was a little early. I took off my coat and hung it up, thinking I would sit to wait. However, on the wall was a notice of COVID procedures, one of which was to wait outside until your appointment started. So, I put my coat back on and went outside the shop. I stayed front of their window for at least 20 minutes. In that time, the gal who spoke to me finished with her client and both disappeared. Another gal began with another client who did not go through the front door when I was there. I expected that a stylist would come to the door or wave me in when the time was appropriate. That time did not arrive. I cannot comment on their work as there was none done. My rating is for their customer service in this instance. Based on that, I cannot recommend them.
