Onkar at Real Deal Plumbing was incredible to work with. I called him late at night around 9:30pm, and he was at my house the next morning at 8am — you honestly can’t ask for faster service. We had a main sewer clog that backed up and flooded our basement. From the first introduction, Onkar was professional and confident. His work truck was spotless and well-organized, which might seem small to some, but as a Red Seal Mechanic with 20 years working on high-end cars, that kind of presentation says a lot about someone’s pride in their work. Instead of starting inside, Onkar immediately went outside and located the main drain connecting the house to the city. Within five minutes, he had diagnosed the issue. He cleared the clog without any trouble, then scoped the entire line with me — from the main drain all the way into the house (kitchen sink) and back out toward the city — just to confirm everything was 100% clear. Throughout the job, he explained every step, shared preventative maintenance tips (which I did right away), and was totally comfortable with me watching the whole process. That kind of openness and confidence in your work is rare and very appreciated. It’s great to see a young entrepreneur operating at this level. I would absolutely recommend Onkar to anyone and he’ll be my go-to plumber from now on. Excellent work all around.

I had a blockage in the basement and needed to resolve the issue quickly. Onkar and Justin from Real Deal were very accommodating with fitting me in as soon as possible on the same day. They were great at explaining the issue and resolving it, as well as suggesting precautionary measures and options going forward. I didn't feel pressured but instead felt better informed which I appreciated rather than being led to do unnecessary repairs. They provided prompt and knowledgeable service, were trustworthy and will definitely use again when needed as well as recommend to family and friends. Thank you for the great service in fixing the problem and making this as stress free as possible!!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to for Onkar at Real Deal Plumbing! He seriously saved the day during an emergency with overflowing toilets and a leak in the mechanical room. He quickly found and fixed the problem. It was an over clogged sanitary pipe. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything in detail! Highly recommend if you need a plumber!

Awesome experience with Onkar at 'Real Deal'. Had an emergency situation with a clogged drain line at my warehouse that needed urgent attention. Called Onkar very late one evening, he was incredibly receptive, and was more than willing to address my issue immediately. Just a short time later, things were up and running again. Very smooth. His time spent at the warehouse was incredibly efficient. What stood out most is how apparent it is that he truly cares about ensuring that his clients' needs are met. Very thorough execution. Can't say enough good things about Onkar and his business. Elite in his field, and a very genuine guy. Would recommend him to anyone, without hesitation.
