It was my first time at Rē Sauna. Aislyn greeted me at the door. She was very kind courteous and friendly. Aislyn gave me an overview of all things sauna (the robe, red light therapy, etc.) and answered any questions I had. I could just comfortably read or relax while in the sauna. I liked that there was a eucalyptus-scented cloth for cooling off afterwards. I bought a 5-pass package so am definitely coming back!

Staff are courteous, and the environment is clean and scent-free, which is important for those of us with sensitivities. If I could afford to keep going, I would, but really enjoyed a few sessions!

It was my first time at Re Sauna and I would just like to say that Dana is genuinely the best massage therapist! She is so personable, addressed all my concerns and made me feel so comfortable. I was in so much pain and by the end of our session it was all gone. I actually fell asleep during our session because of how I relaxed I felt!!! Thank you so much Dana for helping me get back to 100% again, I can finally get a good nights sleep and not go through my days with migraines, stiffness and pain! Highly recommend!!!

First time checking this place out and absolutely loved it! I bought the 10 pack -40 min sessions but I can see a membership coming in my near future. I wish I would’ve tried this out sooner! So clean and friendly staff!
