Emily was super fast working, efficient and professional installing a ro/di water system for me that im going to use for my saltwater fish tanks. She was here just 2 hours after I had called with the request.10/10 would use this company again.

We used Rays twice, first time was fair price and no problem, second time we got a new garburator put in, (we were told to purchase the garburator and they would install) the girl was here 1 hr 10 min the bill was $187 with 10 dollars in parts used. When she left our dishwasher errored out for draining problem. I called them 10 min after she left to tell them it wasn't working and he told me she just walked in and knew what the problem was, he said it wouldn't be tonight it would be tomorrow morning. My husband then decided to check what the problem was and after a few minutes he found that she didn't pop the drainage plug in the garburator to allow the dishwasher to drain. We messaged him back saying we fixed the problem and if they could just give us a little bit of a refund for our time it took to figure it out. My husband was contemplating putting it in himself but decided to get professionals to do it so there would be no problems. He did answer my first message after asking for a bit of a refund and told me that he asked me if it was ok to come the next day which is incorrect, I had no choice in the matter because all he told me was it won't be tonight yet it had only been 10 minutes that she had left my house, I feel since it had only been 10 minutes and she in that time knew what she forgot to do after leaving and knew my dishwasher was running, that it could have been rectified at that time. Anyways its been a week since we messaged and asked for a bit of a refund, where if he would have refunded us 25 dollars all would be happy, I have had no response yet. So in short we will not use rays plumbing again. We ourselves are business owners and we strive for great customer service and if there is an issue with a mistake done we will always do what is necessary to rectify it but it seems Rays does not.

Contacted Rays as I had 2 problems 1 with my gas fireplace and 1 with leak from upstairs bathroom. They responded quickly and remedied the problems quickly also. Emily worked on the fireplace and Amanda worked on the water leaks. Both ladies were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable in their trade Highly recommend

Despite them having to come multiple times due to the furnace acting really weird. Every time they came, it was with a great attitude and very humble appearance. Thank you for giving us heat back again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a great price!

Great experience with Ray’s plumbing! Terry responded to my inquiry very quickly and within the same day they were able to come and fix our kitchen sink. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Very affordable and efficient- no more leaks! Highly recommend!
