I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly for a time that worked with my schedule. Drew was super professional and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and what could have caused the issue/how to prevent it from happening again. It was more affordable than I expected. Overall really great experience and I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs! Thank you!

A positive experience which began with phone conversations with Karen. She was very knowledgable and helped guide me through the process of making decisions about the work to be done, advising the costs, and what and where to purchase the items needed. Garrett came to do the plumbing work and was courteous and efficient. He arrived on time, did excellent work, and respected my home, leaving everything tidy and clean. Highly recommend Rather be Plumbing!

Great service! From the moment I called the booking process was so easy. Levi showed up on time, explained everything to me and got to work. He checked for leaks 3 times to be extra careful and left the work area spotless.

Dealing with plumbing is such a joy! They’ve been incredibly flexible with our reno schedule. Plus, they were able to send someone to my place within an hour of my call to get the work done, so we could move forward with our flooring installation. They’re truly wonderful. I highly recommend Rather Be Plumbing, especially the administrative ladies who handle all the scheduling and communication. They’re outstanding!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Jarod from Rather Be Plumbing, and I was thoroughly impressed with his level of professionalism. As someone who works in the trades myself, I have high expectations when it comes to workmanship and communication and Jarod exceeded them in every way. He took the time to clearly explain his HVAC issue and his communication was excellent. He treated us with respect and communicated well.
