We went to a regular vet office and they couldn't help us as much as RAPS could. We have switched over permanently. We have fostered with RAPS, we thrift at RAPS and donate. I also only recommend RAPS to my animal friends.

My cats needed dental surgery and I found the staff to be the most compassionate, kind, caring. It made the incredibly stressful process, especially as a relatively new cat mom, so much more manageable and less stressful (all things considered). I find my cats were treated with the utmost respect and love. They’ve been so supportive and consistent with follow up as well, which has made this process also easier. I am so grateful to have found RAPS.

I will always rave about RAPS they are an amazing team of animal loving people who are always attentive and supportive for pet parents just trying to help our fur babies live out the best lives possible. My boy had kidney stones and required surgery to remove over 60 stones and every other vet just kept pushing the stones back into his bladder and bleeding my family dry but with RAPS we were able to get a clear ultrasound image of what exactly was going on and proceed with the right treatment. On top of being able to throughly evaluate Kanan they offered a payment plan for the surgery that literally saved his life because not all pet owners have insurance and back up plans so this was a lifeline. More recently my girl tore her ACL and will be needing surgery as well so I am certain we will receive the same kindness and compassion from the staff at RAPS and we could not be more grateful to the veterinary team and share our amazing experience with their clinic. Truly appreciate all that they do and hope their clinic continues to be the pawsome place for all pet owners come too.

I have been bringing my cat here for a few years now and have had a really great experience each time. The team at RAPS is empathetic, thorough, and knowledgeable. Before my cat's dental procedure, I had some concerns about anesthesia, so the doctor who was going to do the procedure called me to answer any questions I had. I felt like we were very well taken care of, and my cat had a great recovery. On top of that, the team is always finding ways and giving me options to save money, which makes it a more affordable than other hospitals I have been to.

I've been a client at RAPS Animal Hospital since around when they first opened, and with 10 years experience as a vet assistant myself, this clinic greatly exceeds expectations. All the doctors and support staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My cats, both past and present, have always been treated very nicely and with true patience and understanding, despite when one of them gets grumpy during her appointments. The clinic facilities are always upkept and hygienic, with the exam rooms and waiting area offering a spacious environment for pets and a pleasant design to the eyes. At RAPS, we don't feel like just another number. In a veterinary world where massive corporations are purchasing longterm established clinics and ruining their personal touch, RAPS shines brightly for the pawsitive experience they provide.
