So happy to have Rapid Roofing come out to do what was a relatively minor repair of wind damage. I'd called two companies previously and waited....and waited....and the lovely folks at Rapid lived up to their name. They came out the day after my call, did a great job, and were polite and quite lovely to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I think great customer service is essential, especially when making a large purchase like the replacement of your roof. My experience with Rapid Roofing & Repairs straight from the beginning was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. We had just completed a renovation closing in our front entrance area which left portions of our roof unprotected from the elements so we were motivated to get our roof done as soon as possible. Most companies I spoke to were already booked until end of September, October so there was no guarantee they could get to us right away. This would have meant that we needed to do some temporary waterproofing until the roofing company could come. After receiving our quote from Rapid I got a call from Byron after he saw the pictures of my roof and the unprotected areas. I was not expecting it, but he sprung right into action and got me a large crew to complete my roof the following day. Needless to say I was blown away by this as Rapid understands the importance of prioritizing customers based on the potential for catastrophic damage. The crew who came to my house did an amazing job, they worked through the whole day without breaks to get my entire roof completed. During the installation I had noticed that they were not replacing some trim pieces that I assumed were included in the installation. After speaking with Byron about the miscommunication, he promptly picked up the supplies needed and delivered them to my house for install. Byron was kind and patient with me as I had lots of questions, since the renovation changed my roof layout and there were some unique features that I wanted to ensure were handled with skilled hands. He came to my house during the installation and checked in on the work twice, as well he completed a full inspection the following day. There are a lot of roofing companies out there, I know cause I contacted many. Look no further, as this company should be your first and only stop if you want high quality craftmanship and expertise. We recently had new shingles installed on our home (over 1,800 sq ft) plus an oversized garage, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The crew did an amazing job, the new shingles look fantastic and the overall finish is top-notch. I was especially impressed with how well they planned everything. Despite the size of the job, they completed it all in just one day thanks to their organization and efficiency. Cleanup was also excellent, everything was spotless when they left. Fast, professional, and high-quality service. Highly recommend!

I didn't have Rapid Roofing but my neighbor did in late July 2024. 0 stars would be more accurate. Due to the pitch of their roof they said there was no way to avoid having old shingles thrown against my house. This damaged my siding in several places, put a scratch in one window, a dent in the windows frame and left tar marks all over the wall. I called and spoke with Byron (a manager) and was assured everything would be dealt with. After that call one of the roofers decided to relieve himself on my neighbor's fence (in front of my window while my 8 and 10 year old were eating lunch. (Very professional) Few weeks later I hear some noise and banging on my house. Oh great they are fixing my wall (a warning would have been nice). Guy comes down and tells me it wasn't them and will only fix 3 of the 8 holes. (It's like 6 feet between houses) A week later he's brought 3 pieces of vinyl siding. Gets mad that it's not enough and starts releasing the nails on more siding to cheat more pieces over. He fixes what he can and says that he is done. With multiple holes left my wife asks "what about the remaining holes?". The contractor rudely argued with my wife saying he's not fixing it and drives away. I call Byron about the whole situation and we both agree that it's fine to repair the holes and see if it's possible to repair the scratched glass. This is the end of contact. They never respond to my calls/texts. Be very careful of these people. They tell you what you want to hear but cut corners and ignore other people's safety and property.

I hired Rapid Roofing to reroof my home which had some tricky areas including an addition at the rear. Adam helped me with the initial quote and inspection and was very thorough and honest. Rapid Roofing made suggestions on how to ensure my roof would last a long time and even partnered with a local insulation company to ensure my attic space was adequately insulated at the same time. The crew was done the job in three days and they were very clean and professional. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome, would highly recommend Dan and Co!
