Kudos to Andrew at Rapid Plumbing & Gas for coming out this morning and installing our new handicap friendly toilet! This new addition is also so easy to clean! He teamed up with Bartle & Gibson to do this absolutely free of charge. He was fast, efficient and most of all polite & courteous. If I could give more stars I would! Happy New Year!

Andrew replaced my 20 year-old gas hot water tank about six weeks ago and did a fabulous job. Today he returned because a solder from an old pipe had failed and was leaking. It leaked into my crawlspace, not damaging anything particularly, but had left some small pools of water in the low-lying areas. Andrew not only sopped up what water there was and set up a fan in the crawlspace, he replaced the old pipe with new on my hot water tank and then would not take any payment for his work saying he wanted happy customers! Well he sure has a happy one here!!

Andrew and his team moved my hot water tank and washer. They were quick, not only doing the job, but also squeezing in my job into their schedule which I really appreciated. They explained each necessary detail before hand with a clear plan in place. I'll be recommending Rigid to anyone in need of plumbing and gas from now on
