Do not rely on this company if you have an urgent heating issue. I contacted them two days ago to repair my heater in the middle of winter. They promised to come out both days, failed to show up both times, and offered nothing but excuses. No follow-through, no accountability, and no heat in our home while we wait. If you need reliable service — especially in an emergency — look elsewhere.

Our Furnace needed to be replace, after a quick review of the problem a Rapid Cool technician returned with space heaters to get us through. Today they installed the new furnace which they did quickly and effeciently. New furnaces are smaller and run quieter so we are very lucky to have such a quick response to our problem. We are warm again and it is very much apreciated.

Had a new burner installed in our gas fireplace. Service was prompt and quick once the part was received. Technician "Dan" was very pleasant and efficient. Would highly recommend Rapid Cool and will definitely be using their services again.

Marc is an absolute gentleman. He is very polite and detail oriented. He carried out the service/maintenance on our Regency gas fireplace in a timely fashion. He quickly diagnosed the issue we were having and completed the repairs and adjustments. He did an excellent job of clean up once he was finished. Marc is a true professional. Great people to deal with. Office staff and technicians very polite and friendly. Called at 8am and the plumber was here at 10. Did a great job. We've had a furnace and hot water tank replaced with Rapid cool, and today a plumber was here fixing a leak in the waterline under our mobile home. Not an easy task. Also not as expensive as other companies we've used. Very professional. Would definitely recommend them!
