I’ve been with Ranchlands Dentist for over 10 years now, and all of my children are patients there. Even my youngest (4 yrs old) who is the most challenging of them all had an amazing experience today. He was incredibly calm during his cleaning appointment, and afterward Dr. Gill checked his teeth. My son was so happy and comfortable. What impressed me the most is that I didn’t even have to sit with him. He wasn’t scared, he didn’t cry, and this is a child who usually struggles with appointments. I actually had my own appointment at the same time, and the staff took wonderful care of him. I didn’t hear a single complaint, he sat coloring and drawing peacefully until I finished. I truly love this place because they genuinely make my life easier. The entire team is professional, kind, and amazing with kids. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a new dental home and found the PERECT fit for me. The office has a warm inviting atmosphere with very knowledgeable staff. Dr. Gill was very patient and kind with me as he thoroughly explained everything I needed to know during my exam. The professionalism was obvious and I felt a trust that is not always easy to find. Jhony walked me through the iTero scan which was amazing. I am so impressed with this office and it is a comfort for me to realize that I am in such good hands.

I highly recommend Ranchlands Dental for anybody in the area looking to get any dental work done. The staff is absolutely amazing, they are very welcoming and always greet me with a smile (some of them are funny as heck too). I don’t have the best experience with dental clinics but Ranchlands makes you feel like a family member is looking after you. Dr. Shaily has been nothing short of amazing to me and my entire family, making the dental appointments a lot less dreadful. She’s very nice and informative and I love that she’s big on making sure you’re comfortable and never in pain. Stacy is also amazing, she’s great at doing the teeth cleaning and although she’s gentle, she’s very thorough. Overall, I can’t imagine a better clinic/staff in the area and if I were to leave the northwest, I’d still keep them as my dental clinic, that’s how good they are.

I was introduced to Rangeland Dental Clinic and Dr. Hardeep Gill by a friend. At my very first visit, Dr. Gill immediately identified serious issues with my wisdom tooth and the bone underneath. He promptly referred me to a dental specialist for surgery. In fact, my dental problems had already started back in 2022, but my previous dental clinic failed to recognize the severity of the condition. Over time, my situation worsened, and during a dental cleaning, the vibration even triggered my benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), causing dizziness. Thanks to my friend’s recommendation, I came to see Dr. Gill, who clearly explained that my dental condition required urgent treatment. His professionalism and timely diagnosis finally relieved the pain and suffering I had endured for several years. I also want to let everyone know that dental cleaning does not have to be uncomfortable or frightening. Because I have breathing difficulties and vertigo, lying flat easily makes me feel short of breath, and the vibration during cleaning can cause dizziness. I explained my condition to the Dental Hygienist, Tracy, and she was extremely professional and considerate. She adjusted the chair to a position that allowed me to breathe comfortably. This was the first time I ever had a dental cleaning without fear or discomfort. Her technique was very gentle, and she constantly checked in to see if I was feeling okay. She was always mindful of my comfort. Knowing that I have limited jaw opening, she would rather bend down to examine my upper teeth than force my mouth open. This made me feel truly comfortable and at ease. Another aspect that impressed me greatly was the kindness and patience of the entire team, especially because my English is not very strong and I sometimes struggle with medical terminology. Every staff member took the time to explain things slowly and clearly, without any impatience or judgment. I would especially like to thank Dental Assistant Georgina, who speaks Mandarin. Whenever she noticed I was having difficulty understanding, she would proactively come over to help me. Every staff member here is truly wonderful. I wanted to share my experience so that others may benefit from it. I sincerely appreciate the care and professionalism of everyone at Rangeland Dental Clinic.

Very professional and inviting environment. I would love to highlight not only is Dr. Shaily Mehrotra and her dental assistant Georgina incredibly detail orientated. They bring a calmness with their treatment, as someone who may have some dental anxiety they go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable while undergoing treatment. I appreciate their willingness to explain in all matters of detail on why what they are doing is important and with incredible efficiency. They’ve made future upcoming appointments no longer daunting and am looking forward to maintaining my dental health under their care!! Another highlight to the reception staff, you guys are incredibly easygoing and bringing laughter and relief of stress before each appointment!! Keep up the great work!!!
