Excellent gym for curious first-timers!! I really appreciate this gym’s emphasis on safety and using Muay Thai techniques with control and intention. I started off worrying if this sport would be too contact heavy for me, but I was reassured when our coach gave clear instructions on safe pad holding, blocking techniques, etc. Classes are assigned well so that beginners either have similar levelled classmates or have experienced people help out during open level classes. Not to mention their subscription structure makes classes affordable as well. Overall great experience for a beginner like myself!

I’ve been training here for the past three months and I can confidently say that Cam is an amazing coach who is highly skilled. The community is so warm and welcoming which made my first Muay Thai experience unforgettable. I truly can’t recommend this gym enough.

Cam is an amazing Muay Thai instructor! As someone who was pretty new to martial arts, I was a little nervous at first, but Cam made me feel totally comfortable from day one. He’s super knowledgeable, patient, and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand, even for beginners. His classes are always challenging but fun, and I’ve learned so much while building confidence, strength, and technique. He’s also really encouraging and pushes you to do your best in a supportive way. I always leave class feeling empowered and motivated. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to train Muay Thai seriously or just to get in great shape!

Training with Cam has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and confidence. He’s not just a great Muay Thai coach—he’s also an amazing motivator and really pays attention to your individual progress. I never feel judged or out of place in his classes, which is so important as a woman stepping into a combat sport. Cam is super knowledgeable and always breaks things down clearly, whether it’s technique, conditioning, or sparring. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students.
