Ram has completed several major renovations for us for both interior and exterior projects. They have provided superior service to us and have met the agreed deadlines and budget each time. I would highly recommend.

We hired RAMS Exterior to install new fascia, soffits, and eavestroughs on our home, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The workmanship was poor throughout the project, and the crew left our yard in a terrible state. We found metal scraps and nails all over the grass and driveway—one of which caused a flat tire. When we brought this up, they came back and corrected only the most serious issue, but the overall quality of the work still fell far below what we expected, especially for the amount of money we spent. When we tried to discuss our concerns, we were met with rudeness and told the job was “done,” rather than being offered any real solution. Here are a couple pictures but have many more. Based on our experience, we would not recommend RAMS Exterior.

The service we received was excellent which is why we have continued to use Ram Exteriors over the last 15 years. Our first contact was with Jeremiah who presented us with options and the information we needed to make our decision and it also was a significant factor in choosing Ram. We did not feel as though we had to chase them down/they were doing us a favour which we have experienced with many other local companies. The job itself (gutter installation) went well and we are absolutely satisfied with the quality of the work.

The work done by the RAM crew was very good!! The weather was a big issue so it took a little longer than we expected. The finished product is amazing and we are very happy with the results. Brad and his crew were very personable and pleasant. Big shout out to “G”, who showed up each day with a smile on his face, even when the weather wasn’t great!! Thanks for a job well done.

Amazing work, our old shingles were so bad they were at holding water with the curling they had, we got a quote and they gave us a time line and were alway in communication with us when they had to move the time line we didn’t have to call them, they guys were so professional always cleaned our yard after each day and left nothing behind. And the last day. When it was all done the Supervisor came by and did a walk around and check with us to make sure we were happy and we are extremely happy with the work
