I had a very negative experience at this salon and feel compelled to share it honestly so others can make informed decisions. I went in with clear photos and specifically asked the stylist to trim the back shorter for a cleaner, shorter look. She outright refused, insisting the current length “looked better” without discussing or compromising. The entire haircut took less than 10 minutes — literally just a few snips with scissors — yet they charged me $20. The result was completely different from my photos and expectations: uneven, messy shape, no real styling or attention to detail. It felt rushed and careless, with zero effort to meet my request or provide professional advice. I came expecting skilled technique and decent customer service, but left extremely disappointed and frustrated. The high overall rating (many 5-star reviews) makes me wonder if some positive feedback is influenced by incentives for 5-star ratings — this was certainly not my genuine experience at all. I will never return and strongly advise others to think twice or ask very detailed questions upfront. Save your time and money elsewhere.

Worth of the wait! There’s a reason this place always has a lineup. It’s amazing! Everyone was so friendly and patient with my girls while they got their haircut and the cuts turned out great highly recommend!

Update: I went back for them to fix my hair with Keigo. He was super thorough with the cut and the result was A LOT better. I’m now happy with the cut! The owner was super apologetic and checked in throughout the cut to make sure I was happy with the service. I appreciate their effort in remedying a stressful situation Do NOT go here if you care about your hair. Pleae do not waste your time and don’t believe the TikTok hype! Even if it’s only $15 (happy hour pricing) it’s really not worth the risk. I’m normally not fussy about my hair but this is the WORSTTT hair cut of my life that I didn’t even know how to react & left due to the shock. The wait was over 2 hrs, my ticket was issued at 11:47 and I didn’t get service until around 2:30. I showed the stylist an inspo video but the results looked like I tried to cut my own hair except I PAID someone to do it. I’m questioning if the stylist is even trained or if she just watched a YouTube video and started working. On top of that, you pay ahead of time and if you’re paying by card, you’re tipping ahead of the service so it’s like a double scam

Went there from all the tiktok reviews with high hope 🥲 The wait time was a little more than 40m which we agreed since its very hyped right now and dont take reservation. The receptionist was super friendly and nice (the only reason for not giving 1⭐️) You paid to get your number first and you can enjoy the food court while waiting but they wont call or text you so you might missed your turn but wont loose your turn. The cut was truly “quick” cut. My bf showed the lady (he didnt got the name but we went on Thursday 22nd and there were only 2 people cutting) his inspo and with very little to no consulting she started. The cut took around 10m and as you can see, the back, and the sides are not nicely faded. It looked not even from the front as well. I mean im very disappointed with it. It might be a good place if you only need a simple, easy hairstyle (as you can kinda predict from the price) but i would def not rcm this place to anyone.

A friend recommended this new Japanese–Korean hair salon. I waited about 15 minutes after taking a number. The place is clean and hygienic. My haircut was done by a Japanese stylist, Keigo. He used AI translator to confirm the style I wanted before starting. I have long hair, and the haircut took around 20 minutes, which was pretty fast.
