People always question great reviews given to any company that provides services. Naturally we all wonder if they are by legit costumers writing those comments; are they being honest and accurate. I own a house in Hasting-Sunrise neibourhood in East Vancouver. The most important part of any house is without a doubt the roof. It protects your family and belonging from the ever changing west coast weather and it's because of that we should do our diligent work when choosing the right people that we are trusting to keep our home protected from mother nature's harsh elements. I called 3 different companies to get a quote and I quickly settled with this one. When I first met John and Paul, I immediately felt at ease with them; we went up on the roof and they inspected all areas (including the gutters) and they took proper measurements in order to provide an accurate quote and not just something pulled out of a hat. They'd explained me in detail what the work process was going to be and provided me with a timeline; they listed the types of materials they were using and offered solutions with different budget options. All of their work was conducted in a clean and respectful manner without impacting the environment around our garden. They cover and protected all the areas around the house that could have been impacted when removing the old roof. They also installed new venting outlets to improve the air circulation of the attic at no extra cost. When the roof-work was completed Paul was so kind to help me fixed a DIY project that I had done on my garage-roof at no extra cost. These 2 brothers get a 5-star review simply because they exceeded my expectations, they were budget friendly, honest and provided quality workmanship in a timely manner...and it comes with warranty. Give these guys a chance, you won be sorry!
