After having a not so great experience with my previous physiotherapy clinic, I gave a visit to Lester based on the rave reviews on Reddit. I can confidently say, the hype is real. He is not only knowledgeable and thorough but takes time to explain his thought process along with listening to your concerns and questions. The dry needling work he did, provided instant relief. While I wait to make sure the pain is gone, but I would recommend people to give him a visit for your physiotherapy needs.

Lester is the best Physiotherapist around! Highly recommend. I've had nagging shoulder issues for years as well as constantly push my body and his specialty in dry needling has been working like magic!

My friend referred me to Lester for physio and he helped me so much with even just the first visit! He was not only knowledgeable, but he was friendly and gentle. He was professional and was able to use his skills to loosen my back muscles which helped significantly over the past week. I am able to twist and turn again, thank you Lester!

Lester is an amazing physio therapist. As an active athlete, injury can be a gruelling experience and can stop you from training to your full capacity but Lester is very knowledgeable with his craft and helps me get back to my top shape. I highly recommend you see him :)

Lester was my physiotherapist and he is excellent. He's very knowledgeable and patient with treatment and will take the time to address all your questions. The staff here are friendly and helpful too. Their clinic is upstairs to a gym so this is a great place for any sports enthusiast looking for convenient and high quality services. Also, parking is free!
