Great stylist and very good overall experience. However, the advertised “Men’s Cut & Style – $35+” was charged at $55, and I was only told afterward that the website and brochure contain outdated pricing. I relied on the posted price when booking. I hope the pricing information is updated so future customers aren’t surprised.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed into a beautiful, relaxing space with a warm, uplifting atmosphere. The salon is spotless, stylish, and designed to make you feel comfortable and pampered right away. What really made this experience unforgettable was the owner, Ali. He is extremely friendly, positive, and absolutely amazing. Ali was so attentive from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. While I waited, he even offered me a couple of glasses of wine, which was such a thoughtful and classy touch. Ali’s personality completely elevates the experience—his attitude is genuinely funny, and he had me laughing the entire time. He creates such a welcoming, joyful environment that you instantly feel like family the moment you walk through the door. That kind of warmth and care is rare and truly special. The service itself was excellent, and the attention to detail was impressive. Everything felt high-quality, professional, and done with passion. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and absolutely thrilled with my experience. If you’re looking for a hair salon and spa that offers incredible service, amazing energy, and a place where you’re treated like family, Rain is the place to go. I can’t recommend it highly enough—this is a true gem.

Had such a great experience with Nicolas and the owner! The head massage was sooo good, and Nicolas knew exactly how to handle my thick, curly hair without using a ton of products. My hair has a tricky texture, and most salons never get it right, but he did an amazing job. The owner was super funny and welcoming too — made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had!

I had the best experience at this salon! My expectations were already high due to hearing great reviews about RAIN that my friend recommended, but when I was actually there I could tell all of the positive facts were true and beyond! Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming, even if they weren’t the ones doing your hair. What made this place truly special is that the stylists actually care if you like the hair or not. They told me to return the next day to make sure I still liked it or so I can come back and do changes. To actually have a hair salon that really cares about the customer is so important to me. They not only did what you wanted but also provided knowledge to what would suit your hair best and what could make it possibly damaged which is great knowing that when you leave your hair will be perfect and not broken. One employee that really stood out to me was Ali, because he wanted to see how my hair looked before I left and was very kind and positive. He made sure my hair would end up perfect, and it did which I truly appreciate his effort and generosity. I will definitely return to RAIN and I will absolutely recommend to anyone interested in changing up their hair whether it is cut or colour. Best experience I’ve had at a hair salon for they made me feel special and beautiful.
