A truly great piercing experience. The staff, especially Neko and the Studio Manager were very patient and attentive to my needs and skin concerns. When I had a minor issue later due to my scar-prone skin, they provided excellent aftercare advice and promptly fixed it. The conch is now perfect! Highly recommended.
