Really great job on the cuts and colour, however was charged a lot more than what their online posted prices are, so probably can't be afford to go back (too floored during checkout to inquire more about it) 🙁

Had an appointment this past week with Julie and very pleased with the end result! I told her I have naturally wavy hair and boy this girl understood what kind of layering I needed!! This studio is so lucky to have her as she also has a great ability to talk to people. Every step she checked in to make it sure it was something I would like. Thank you Julie for the service - after washing my hair I am loving the layering on my texture and not as sad as I usually am washing out a blow out haha! you nailed it! I look forward to future services :)

I had an amazing experience with Sarah! She helped me fix my hair color and did such a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted, explained the process clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My hair turned out even better than I expected, with a beautiful shine and perfect tone. I’m so grateful for her skills and care—highly recommend Sarah if you want your hair done right!☺️☺️☺️

This was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable salon experiences I’ve ever had. I specifically asked for my natural colour, which I had been growing out for almost half a year, but Carl insisted on dyeing my hair two shades darker. He even coloured it twice so it “wouldn’t fade poorly,” using more product than necessary and overcharging me. I also asked for long, face-framing bangs (not many, as we agreed), but he cut short, blunt bangs instead. He kept cutting even after I showed him a reference photo, and he actually became upset that I showed him the picture. On top of that, during my appointment I repeatedly saw inappropriate images pop up on his iPad — including photos of a random woman’s behind and other explicit pictures from his trips to Mexico. This was deeply disturbing, completely unacceptable in a professional setting, and made me feel unsafe and disrespected. The front desk staff (tall, skinny brunette) was also rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. She was not welcoming, made the atmosphere feel negative, and at one point actually told Carl that he should overcharge me for my haircut and dye — which he thanked her for and proceeded to overcharge for such a simple haircut and dye. Between the poor service, inappropriate behavior, and complete lack of professionalism, I will not be returning and strongly caution others before booking here. I’m embarrassed by haircut, and wish I never asked for bangs or even a colour since I didn’t get anything I asked for. I should not have gone to this saloon nor should I have given them one star, they don’t deserve the star.
