We are very pleased with the workmanship and service provided by R&B Plumbing & Heating and everyone who works for this company. We replaced our OLD workhorse of a gas furnace for a duel fuel furnace/heat pump and our gas hot water tank for a tankless system. From communications to cleanup they were great!

Mark at R&B does precise, thoughtful, beautiful work. He installed a Flo By Moen for us today and it works like a gem. Now we can both reach our main water shut off as well as utilize the Flo By Moen. We are proud to be R&B customers!

Sam and Hesam from R&B replaced our home’s sump pumps on December 29th, and we were extremely satisfied with their service. They arrived on time, explained each step of the process clearly, and answered all of our questions. They tested the system multiple times to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend R&B, especially Sam and Hesam.

While I believe that R&B is a reputable HVAC service provider with qualified technicians and very good back office service, I was disappointed with our recent service technicians ability to communicate in laymen terms as to what service he was providing in the servicing of our boiler. He seemed defensive when I asked him to explain the work done and he simply referenced me to ready the long list of BC code-required service operations on our boiler on the work ticket. It might be a generational thing, but I really was simply looking for someone with the commication skills to tell a customer what are the main things they do when they serrvice a boiler. It was an awkward moment for both of us I'm sure and no proper closure was brought to our our differences over the matter other than the technician indicating he was going to leave. I am not used to having that type of interaction with a service provider.

Excellent Service from Mark! Mark did an outstanding job servicing our gas appliances and fixing two issues—one he discovered during the service and another that had been there for a while. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Everything is running perfectly now, and he took the time to explain the issues and the reason taking longer to fix the issue, ensuring all issues were fully resolved before he left. I highly recommend Mark from R&B Plumbing & Heating to anyone needing reliable and efficient service!

We ran into an issue today with our plumbing. Toilets wouldn’t flush and washer started backing up in toilet and shower. Called R& B and they got us in. Unfortunately it was OT rates but Hesam came and got us all fixed. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything to us as it was happening and when it was all fixed. We appreciated his professionalism.

We have had R&B Plumbing visit our strata building numerous times to repair our baseboard heating and investigate a gas leak. Mark their technician has been amazing, he takes time to explain what needs to be done and has a lot of patience when troubleshooting. Excellent customer service and reasonably priced. Thank you!
