Took my 2000 F-250 7.3L to Qwik Change Oil & Lube for a full-service oil change and was genuinely impressed. Everything was done by the book and then some. They noticed a couple of minor leaks and took the time to explain what they were and what to keep an eye on — no upselling, no pressure, just straight answers. On top of that, there was drilling going on at the back of the shop that made the lot tight and inconvenient for a long, slow-turning truck like mine. The staff came out, explained the situation, and helped get me safely turned around despite limited space and drilling trucks in the lot. Jaswinder in particular went above and beyond. That level of communication, professionalism, and care for both the customer and the vehicle is rare these days. I’ll be back and would highly recommend them.

After multiple awkward experiences at other oil change places in Vernon I was hoping to find an oil change place that would offer me friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and timely service for a reasonable price. Last week I tried Qwik Change Oil & Lube for the first time. The staff never made me feel stupid for not being an mechanic; they were very friendly and kind; they did a thorough checklist of the vehicle; and they had me in and out of there fairly quick. I also appreciated that the more senior staff working there are kind, patient and respectful to the newer staff. I had a wonderful experience overall and will be returning again.

Super nice guys. Turns out I didn’t need the oil change. My wife had done it, but they still check the tires and wipers and everything. Highly recommend.

Always had good service here, but my experience yesterday (Dec 18 around 4 PM) was disappointing. The place was fairly free, and I went in for a top-up and oil level check. While they did top up the oil, it was not clear which oil was used—I always use premium oil. Additionally, the oil cap was put back incorrectly. I had to repeatedly ask them to recheck the oil level, and the multi-point inspection was never done. Although the staff member was courteous, I didn’t feel confident that the car was properly checked this time. Standards should be maintained consistently. I may consider going elsewhere in the future. Update for Ish. Thank you for trying to reach. Will call you. Please see just clicked pic of coolant level at cold level and power steering, by any means it looks good. I even asked the lady my power steering is also feeling hard is the level ok for fluid and she said you should check with mechanic and also she said fluid is good and please see its at min level. I wanted to get oil level checked properly and topped up and not worried if I had to pay. If required I can visit again if you want to verify. Update(12/22/2025): Ish personally called to address my previous concerns, apologized sincerely, and took full ownership of the situation. After a disappointing first visit, I reluctantly returned for a follow-up, and I am very glad he reached out. On this visit, everything that should have been done the first time was handled meticulously. All necessary oil level checks were performed without me having to ask twice. Ish personally offered helpful suggestions for future maintenance—most importantly, he tested the battery and informed me that it is nearing the end of its life, which could leave you stranded unexpectedly, without being pushy or trying to sell a new battery. The technician assisted with checking all fluid levels, but most of the work and explanations were provided by Ish himself. I finally felt like a valued customer, not just another ticket. Fluids were verified and topped up as needed, and I am attaching a photo showing the current coolant and power steering levels after the service. This shop clearly maintains high standards, and on this second visit, they lived up to them 100%. They turned a negative experience into an overwhelmingly positive one through accountability and excellent work. They have not only regained a customer but also my strong recommendation. If you want a shop that will make things right and genuinely care for your car, this is the place. Based on this follow-up experience, I am updating my rating to 5 stars.
