Absolutely love Quinns nails! Such a lovely, welcoming, immaculately clean space and everyone who works there is sooooo kind and professional. Quinn herself takes so much pride in her business and you can tell she really cares so much about her team and clients. They are always willing to try to find time to accommodate your needs and really offer a great experience that shows true pride in what they do. Highly recommend to give them a try if you haven't been!

Took my husband for a Hot stone pedicure... one word AMAZING!!!! It was his first and he absolutely loved it. I had my own person i used to go to butcher doesn't do feet anymore so I thought I would give this place a try. I will definitely be returning this place was great! Bill's cuticle care was spot on and though I think the massage could have used more pressure ( my own personal preference) it was fantastic and very relaxing! The chairs were great and the water temp perfect. Great way to have a nice experience with a special someone.

I went in as a walk in with the knowledge through their pamphlet sitting on their front desk that an eyebrow wax was $25. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and when the lady typed in the payment, she typed in over $32. I took a second look at the pamphlet and she was trying to explain to me why they haven’t updated it. I don’t understand if it’s not updated then why have it out for customers to look through? I still tipped 15% which came to over $37 to get my eyebrows waxed. This is definitely the most I have ever paid for this service. Seems like a nice place but that is an insane price for a simple eyebrow waxing. The most I have ever paid including tip was $25 so unfortunately will not be going back. *** Just to add in a comment to your comment back. What an unprofessional response! Born and raised in Canada but thank you for the sassy remark! I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for the past 10 years and as said before, the most I have ever paid for my eyebrow waxing was $25. She had no care that I was confused by the price and made up some bs excuse as to why you haven’t changed the pamphlets. She also said it starts at $30 which was not what the pamphlet said so I’d probably just update it instead of giving false info to your customers. I go somewhere else in Kelowna that is cheaper, I just hadn’t had time to book an appointment so thought I would try here instead. Just to also add in, she did not trim the eyebrow hair, and did not put on any oil to soothe the redness after so doesn’t exactly seem like the job was fully finished.

Quinn's is the best! She always does such a beautiful job on my nails -- super detailed and exactly what I want every time. On top of that, she's so sweet and makes the whole experience relaxing and fun. The rest of the staff are also absolutely lovely -- everyone is welcoming and kind, which makes the whole place feel so warm and inviting. I always leave happy and excited to come back :)
