Quick lane is so wonderful all the time. Every time I go in there seeking help with my vehicle Travis and Jordana always make sure I am taken care of! This last service was a big job and had to keep my vehicle for 5 days, the last day the techs stayed late because they weren’t quite happy with how one of the jobs was so they made sure to get it done that evening so I could have my vehicle the next day. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them! They made sure to deliver my vehicle before noon so I could have it for my appointment in the afternoon! Thanks so very much Jordana and Travis annd all the hardworking mechanics! Will always bring my vehicle here if I have problems! Thanks so much From Dustin and Rachelle :)

My previous rating was 3 stars due to not great experience some 5 years ago. I have stated going back for service on my new F150 purchased from Hansen. Overall, I was happy with the same day service and the level of communication. I had to wait about 1.5hrs for my oil change to be completed… that’s the only reason for the 4/5. Really friendly service, typical price points.

So pleased with our experiences here. Front desk staff are polite & professional. And sometimes hilarious. They let our dog come in & hangout while our service was being done. Pricing is very reasonable as we have learned these are Ford classified technicians working on the vehicles. They are my go to for the work truck & perform pristine detailing on my wife's Kia Sorrento. Can't say enough good things about this shop, very glad our salesman told us to come

Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic service. I went in for a simple flat tire repair and was told it would take one hour. I gave them almost two hours, only to come back and find that my car hadn’t even been touched! This shows a complete lack of respect for customers and their time. They clearly have no understanding that a customer’s time is valuable. Making someone wait around with false promises is not just poor service — it’s downright careless. If this is how they handle something as basic as time management, I can’t imagine trusting them with anything more serious. I strongly advise people to avoid this place. There are plenty of shops that actually value their customers and know how to deliver on their word. Don’t waste your time here like I did.

Absolutely wrecked my rims on my new vehicle after getting tps sensors done. Didn’t take accountability and now I’m stuck with a damaged vehicle. Don’t recommend coming here for anything take your business somewhere else as the owner said to me! I’ll include before and afters!
