Went and got oil change today as part of maintenance plan. Took two hours and then when I get the truck back, def is not filled up and tires are not rotated, which is part of the maintenance plan. This is the second time they haven't rotated the tires and left the def more than half way empty. But hey they changed the wipers and made sure they took pictures of every inch of the truck to protect themselves. The amount of money payed for this maintenance plan, this is totally unacceptable This service reminds me why I quit driving Ford's in 2012. 14 years later same garbage.

Was on hold for over 20 minutes to make an appointment. Dropped my truck off the night before for an oil change service as I work shift work and cannot be there during the hours they are open. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before leaving a voicemail to make sure they got my keys since they had no forms in the key drop off box. They did not call me the day my truck was serviced to give an update or to say it was done, I called at 6:33 PM to see if it was done so I could pick it up after they close at 7 PM. Was on hold with one person ahead of me for 12 minutes before it said the person I'm trying to reach is unavailable and ended the call on me. Called them the next day at 10 AM and was told my truck was finished the previous day, asked them to put the keys in my truck so I could pick it up after hours. Could not get a hold of the service department on the way to pick up my truck to confirm my keys were inside the truck so I called parts, who transferred me to reception, who transferred me to service where the call was dropped immediately. Would've been nice if they backed my truck in as it was somewhat difficult to boost my truck because temperatures were around -35°C the entire time. Not pleased at all with my experience, I do not recommend coming here unless it's a last resort.

Been here a couple times, Service writer was rude both times, Broke the tabs off hub caps the first time and got the headliner dirty from hoping in with a dirt covered hat. Second time I asked them to leave the wheels and air pressure alone and service writer got all defensive saying I’m asking her to not do her job, in fact I had just set the tire pressure and rather them not break the new hub caps I replaced out of my own pocket. Never even bothered to check air filter that they checked off they had. Parts was nice enough to give me one so I could replace it in the parking lot after I sent them pictures of it. No it wasn’t just the pre filter that was dirty, Filter dumped dust out when you taped on it, Did they even change the oil, not positive as my oil light continuously came on even after resetting it until I had oil changed at different dealer. This place is a last resort.

Northstar Ford always takes care of our family vehicles! This is SUV #2 from them and they are great to deal with start to finish!

Great customer service and great people. Back to putting the miles I mean kms the way the Canadian driving experience should be.
