Absolutely incredible experience. I took my senior cat for some urinary issues and it went well. I signed up online and submitted everything then booked an appointment. I got a call the next day as a quick follow up and was seen by an incredible veterinarian a few days later. They are definitely a fear free clinic, my cats well being was absolutely kept in mind the whole time. The doctor explained everything in detail and let me know what she was as doing before she did it. I took him in for testing today and it went super smoothly. I really appreciate the check ins on me and the updates while he was getting tests done. And the front desk receptionists are extremely kind and so sweet. Absolutely lovely experience here.

The team at Queen’s Park Pet Hospital was incredibly kind and compassionate when my mom and I had to put our cat down. They gave us time, treated the situation with real care and empathy, and made a difficult moment feel as gentle as it could be. You can tell they genuinely care about both the animals and the people who love them.

Queen’s Park is the best vet experience I’ve ever had! They are so good with anxious dogs, making sure the experience is as positive as possible. They provide lots of treats throughout and are so patient, making sure to go at my anxious pup’s pace. Maple used to be very afraid of the scale and they would provide a blanket and lots of treats to help her get comfortable with it without forcing her into it. Dr. Greenwood is our vet and she is the best! She is so patient, kind, and understanding and has helped us so much with Maple’s general anxiety and separation anxiety. Highly recommend the whole team!

These people put my pet first. When I was facing a serious condition with my new cat, the quick intake on the phone - they immediately had a referall for me to an emergency clinic if surgery was required right then, could accomplish it. They put the put and the timeline first over getting a fee for an office visit. Then when we did need to go through a surgery and a more robust follow-up we trusted Queen's Park's team, and were smart to do so. As I sit here and type this my lady-kitty is bounding about, now without her edwardian-radar-dish-cone very much on the way back to great health! My family of cats Mr. and Mrs McGuinness have found their vet in Queen's Park Pet Hospital.

I was so happy to get Queen's Park recommended to me after moving here 2 years ago. All the staff are super friendly, kind and caring; always asking how all the family members are doing regardless of who is in for their check-up. I've seen a few different doctors here and they have all been excellent. Very thorough during exams. Super surprised at how they calm our semi-feral cats. Great discussions around vaccinations and helping me make the decisions I think are best for our pets. I always leave with the knowledge I need to keep my pets happy and healthy. Zira, Bruce and Shirley are in great hands at Queen's Park Pet Hospital and give an all paws up recommendation!
