Our experience with Quan Plumbing and Heating was phenomenal from beginning to end. Highly recommend! The team is professional, reliable, responsive, and very reasonably priced. Thank you, Anthony, for helping us diagnose what was going on with our toilet and then coming back to install our new toilet. We will be contacting Quan Plumbing in the future.

Anthony was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. I had two technicians from another company trying to fix the furnace issue but problem came back shortly after. Anthony was able to diagnose and fixed it with the most effective and affordable way. Highly recommend him👍

I’m very happy with our service from Quan Plumbing and Heating. They replied very quickly to my online inquiry. Sonia and Anthony were prompt and thorough in answering my questions via email. Anthony was very thorough when investigating our issue and took the time to explain how the system should work and which parts were not functioning correctly. He answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. As the heating system was quite old, we decided to do a full replacement. Sonia booked the job promptly and Anthony was able to complete the whole repair in one visit. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of our home and cleaned everything up after the job was done. I am very happy with the service and will be sure contact them again for future repairs and maintenance.

I had an amazing experience with Anthony from Quan Plumbing and Heating. He responded quickly and fit me in on short notice, which I really appreciated since I was about to travel. Anthony diagnosed the issue with my Grohe kitchen faucet hose, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently and neatly. What stood out most was how patient and helpful he was. He took the time to show me where the main water shut-offs are, shared simple maintenance tips, and suggested adding a small leak detector to help prevent future issues. It is rare to find someone this skilled, honest, and considerate. The price was very fair, and the quality of work was excellent. I will definitely call Quan Plumbing and Heating again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional plumbing service in Vancouver. Thank you, Anthony!

Quan Plumbing and Heating should be on your go list for all your plumbing and heating issues. Anthony knows his stuff. He is punctual ,communicates well and has a passion for his work. We replaced a boiler / hot water tank system with a high efficiency combination boiler hot water unit at Anthony's recommendation. Results are fantastic. Old system removed,new system installed and running in a day. I highly recommend Quan Plumbing and Heating and Anthony. Worth the 5 star rating.
