Ive came here a few times now and every time it's terrible!! I got my dress pants back UNHEMMED one side on the bottom, new water stains, the stains I asked to be removed were not and they dont even tell you when you pick up. Ive had many designer items ruined here now because I blindly trusted and had someone recommend them but I will never come back here. What a joke of a drycleaners. The lettering went from straight to now wonky on one of my $600 jacket. Idk what they are doing here but I would avoid this spot

I have used QDC for nearly 2 decades and have never had a concern about ruined fabrics or customer service/support. Parking can be a bit of a challenge due to proximity to Guildford mall, but that’s a minor concern for the excellent service and pricing. I moved to Abbotsford some time ago and still make a trip to Surrey for my dry cleaning needs. Oh, and the prices are reasonable!
