The shop is an example of good customer service and quality. After a thorough research, I decided to bring my car here for repair. Since it was my first time, Ravi explained to me the process and of course an estimated time of when I can get my car back. The store has partnership with Enterprise rental. As soon as I walked in Quality Choice, Ravi made a call to Enterprise get an agent bring me to the rental store and process my rental car. It's a very quick and easy. After a week, I got a call that my vehicle is ready. They did a very good job repairing my vehicle and even told Ravi that I didn't recognize my car and it looked brand new. Thank you Ravi and team for service!

These guys are super professional and efficient. My car was rear ended and had damage to the bumper and the deck lid. They did a phenomenal job. A big shout to Ravinder!!! He gave me regular updates and even the courtesy car provided was amazing. Thank you!!

Ravi truly is the best. He’s very caring with his clients. I’ve gone to him twice for my Accord—once when someone backed into it—and another time when he fixed the bumper on my F-150. He’s always happy to help, so kind, and genuinely nice. I also needed assistance with one of my other cars (my green M4) for something not accident-related, and he was more than happy to help me out with that too.
