After washing my shoes, they completely ruined them. One shoe started developing black spots every day, and the edges of the soles started peeling off. Initially, they didn't mention any risks involved in washing shoes. THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE DRY CLEANING SHOP — A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Totally Worth the Drive I recently went to Qualitizing Dry Cleaning, and honestly, it was worth driving all the way from Langley. The staff were friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly know what they’re doing when it comes to taking care of clothes—especially delicate fabrics. They took the time to look over my garment and explain things clearly, which I really appreciated. You can tell they care about doing the job properly and not just rushing things through. Great experience overall, and I’d definitely make the trip again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable dry cleaner that actually knows their stuff.

Beware. Please do not use for pant hemming/ alterations. This is my very honest review. I had been going here for many years prior to the new owners. I drive all the way from Langley to get all of my pants hemmed (which are a lot because I am on the shorter side). The dry cleaning business is now run by NEW owners. I had taken 3 pairs of pants in to get them all hemmed (very basic) recently. The lady at the counter was very unfriendly (you could tell that she just didn’t want to be there) and there was a bit of a language barrier. She couldn’t understand what hemming meant despite having shown her what I wanted and I almost left a few times due to her not understanding but I finally stayed and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I picked the pants up a week later and met with the same lady and a gentleman. The male was pleasant, polite and clearly wants new customers. I told him I came all the way from Langley. It was closing time so I left with the pants without looking at them. When I got home I noted that 2 pairs of dress pants were fine but the pair of jeans was so poorly done that it was shocking. The one leg was done ok but the other leg was so scooped and uneven that compared with the other leg you would not be able to not notice it. And what made it worse is that both sides of the pant leg were made to point outward and upwards so the pant leg was not only wavy, but it was scooped down, uneven and completely pointed out at the bottoms making them bell bottomed when they are straight leg pants. I debated on just throwing the pants away as the other leg was completely different from the left but I had just purchased them new for over $60. I tried to talk myself out of having to take them back. I tried them on numerous times over the next few days and each time the pant leg stuck out like a sore thumb (wavy, uneven, scooped meaning parts were longer than the rest and the sides sticking out to an upward point). I decided to go back a week later and met with the same female. She acted like she didn’t care, at first she wouldn’t acknowledge the errors on the pants and when I asked her for a ruler she didn’t know what that was. I then pointed up to a measuring tape and said that would work and she got snotty and said “that’s measuring”. Then she asked me if I wanted the pant leg to be the same as the other one…… yes you heard that right. That is what she said. She finally acknowledged that it was done incorrectly (not happily I might add). I said I would pick them up in a few days. When I arrived to pick the jeans up there was an older woman working there and she spoke better English but was offended that I was checking the pants to see if it was done correctly. The points at the bottom were somewhat fixed and the scoop was less but now it was just wavy. She argued with me and was defensive when I explained how I had come a long way and needed to check to make sure they were done correctly and explained the reason why I had to bring them back. She was very defensive and said not going to get perfect. I said I don’t need perfect I just need them done correctly. I loved the old owners. They were a different nationality and didn’t speak great English but when you said I would like these hemmed - they know what you meant and they knew their business. One time the old owners made an error and the left arm of a coat was over an inch too short and when I brought it back they acknowledged the error and politely offered to repair it and they did and it turned out well. I felt no need to complain. These new owners won’t acknowledge their errors, they are defensive, and the one female would rather be anywhere but there. This time it was an error that only would have cost me $60 for the jeans, the initial cost I had paid to get the pants hemmed and gas for travelling from Langley but next time it could be a larger more expensive item. I sincerely advise to go elsewhere for pant hemming or alterations. I can’t say anything about dry cleaning as I didn’t use that service. I won’t obviously use their services again.

Worst dry cleaners. I walked in with a wool garment looking to get a fresh (untreated) stain out. I came here because it had the highest number of reviews (and highly rated) in the area - and I made an assumption they were capable. I had called first, explaining my situation and if they could help me out. They said Yes. After making the drive down, the same lady on the phone who said Yes then told me they wouldn’t take it because the dry cleaning process would ruin the fabric (wool). Then proceeded to tell me try using the washing machine. Anyone who has done laundry knows you cannot wash wool in the washing machine. I said I was willing to take the risk because obviously they would do a better job than I could at home? They refused me nonetheless. Owner has responded to this post saying I’m not a customer - obviously - because I was refused. And owner claims this post is inaccurate but they were not present for this interaction so maybe if you’re reading this, ask yourself why they went on full defense/attack mode instead of acknowledging and trying to do better? I think their true colors show here. And let’s be honest, what employee is going to give the full truth that paints themselves negatively. The lack of expertise and poor customer service is enough for me to never set foot back in this place again. FYI. I drove over to Busy Bee down in Port Moody and they were able to dry clean my garment perfectly fine

Best Dry Cleaning Service in the Area My friend recommended this dry cleaner to me in September. At first, I was hesitant because it’s about 7 km from my home, but it was definitely worth the drive. The quality of their work is excellent, and their customer service is always on time. One time, I arrived a little late—just before closing—and the owner kindly waited for 10 minutes so I could pick up my clothes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and professional dry-cleaning service.
