Dr. Alanna & assistant Sydney were most professional , informative, and gentle! Following my cleaning by Belinda, my teeth felt amazingly, smooth, refreshed, and sparkling clean! We recently moved to the Okanagan and today was my first visit to Quail Ridge Dental. I was thoroughly impressed from the great communication regarding new patient forms and coverage to the friendly staff to the best of the latest dental technology… they were amazing!!! Taylor to great care of me during the new patient intake process and Heather my hygienist was super thorough and gentle. Friendly, organized and helpful reception staff. The waiting area is bright, clean and relaxing. My initial exam was thorough, efficient and well explained. Clear detailed information about the problem areas with my teeth and smile. Hygiene cleaning was a comfortable and stress free experience. I am new to Lake Country and this location is close to home.
