Our family has been going to Qnails in Devon for 6 years. We have had EXCEPTIONAL service by management as well as all technicians. Today, we had our daughter's 13th birthday party there (party of 6). Everything was well organized and there was all happy faces. To make it extra special, they went to Timmies across the parking lot to bring us refreshments! If anyone is dissatisfied with their service, they are not communicating enough what their expectations are. The environment is super clean and very professional. Prices are very fair and they are always accommodating in getting us in. Even last minute. We cant say enough about the entire staff at this location. My husband has severe cracks on his feet and has a pedicure once a month. His feet have greatly improved. Thank you for being so awesome!

I recently got acrylic nail extensions done by Sarah at Q Nails Devon, and she did an amazing job! She was gentle, professional, and very detail-oriented throughout the whole process. She took her time to shape the nails perfectly, checked in often to make sure I liked the length and style, and made me feel completely comfortable. The final result was beautiful—clean, smooth, and exactly what I wanted. My nails look stunning and feel secure without being too thick or heavy. Thank you, Sarah, for the wonderful service! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality acrylic extensions.

My 12-year-old daughter visited their salon to celebrate her Friendsaversary with another kid, and they both absolutely loved the experience! From the moment they walked in, the staff were kind, welcoming, and incredibly patient, making the girls feel comfortable and truly special. They laughed, chatted, and enjoyed every step of the process. The nails turned out beautiful — even better than they expected — and the girls left feeling so happy and confident. A big thank you to Oanh for the amazing service, attention to detail, and genuine care. You made their celebration unforgettable, and we’re so grateful for the warm atmosphere you created. Went in for a pedicure and manicure before my trip to Mexico. Pedicure went good, then I sat down for my manicure. She didn’t ask what I even wanted, just asked what colour. Did the absolute most brutal shellac job on my finger nails. They were lumpy, crooked, and not even all the way to my cuticle. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. They also peeled off extremely easily after only one week, and my nails are incredibly damaged now. I’ve had gel nails on for months at a time and not had this damaged of nails once getting them off, and these were only on for a week. Also when I book an appointment with a specific tech, I expect to get thee tech I booked with, which I did not. Very disappointed especially after being recommended to go here by a few friends. Will not be returning
