Horrible experience Called ahead to discuss pricing we agreed after she changed it to almost double and charged 20$ per extra metallic look that’s insane we paid close to 260$ for 3 simple pedicure offered!!! We tried talking to her that she is changing the price to almost double she was totally rude and all of a sudden 3 employees jabbing at us it was so very uncomfortable so we paid and left!! Also the chair my daughter was in she put her cellphone on a side table it didn’t hold the phone because it was broken they said o sorry the table is broken so her phone fell and the screen broke Save yourself the headache and don’t support that horrible business!!!!

I waited to post this because i wasnt sure if I should or not. All my nails are different sizes and shapes. 3 of my nails broke within 1-2days of getting them done. I was overcharged for what I got done. When i got a pedicure, my toe hurt for days. Don't waste your time here. The owners will tell you to ask for Brandy but when I did , she told me she was busy. I was then set up with a new brand new nail tech, while Brandy sat there on her phone the entire time.

Was in Leduc and figured since I’m here I’ll go to Q-Nails for a manicure and pedicure. Wish I would have waited for my regular place to be opened the next day. Although the design on my nails is nice there was not much else done (other than cutting and shaping the nails). The girl that did the pedicure did no massaging at all. And didn’t know how to fix an ingrown nail. Will never go back to the qnails in Leduc-Discovery way

Absolutely obsessed with my nails! I got them done over a month ago for vacation and haven't had the time to go back so I had to cut it and shape a bit at home but the quality of these nails are amazing! I'm very rough with my hands so I'm super impressed that there is absolutely no lifting or breakage and no chipping of the chrome colour despite being a month grown out! Will definitely be going back ❤️

Hate to leave a bad review but wow. I rarely do manicures and now I’m reminded why. This is how my nails looked after they were done lol Waste of money. At least at home I oil and push my own cuticles back, not just paint over them. I got home and removed all of this crap, half the polish was on my fingertips. My 8 year old niece does a better job and she doesn’t charge these prices
