Hey so I been getting my nails down 10 years I would NOT recommend this place. She changed me 20 dollars to put some pearls on and I had to re do every nail myself and I brought in special ones I ordered online that I wanted and they she also made fun of the shape I asked for. I found that behavior highly unprofessional. She also left chunks under my nail . And then I asked for a new set (was listed as 10 dollars more already for new set) and tried to charge me an additional 5 dollars for taking my old set off on top of the 10 extra already You knew I wanted a new set. thats what I booked when I called. Please stop hassassing me for my review of your services. The fact that you can not schedule a new set with the appropriate amount or time OR your staff is grossly under quifitied to do their job is not my fault You also started my appointment 30 mins late. Very unprofessional I normally tip 30 dollars plus when me and my daughter come in the money wasn't the issue. It was the final product and quality of service I got for what I had to pay that is my issue. ******You charged me 20$ to put on my own nail art on THAT I BROUGHT IN. ***** thats disgusting. Have a wonderful day ✌️

I’ve been coming to Q-Nails for a few months now and I can proudly say that Q-Nails is the BEST salon in GP that I have ever been to. The nail ladies are always really nice, they try to converse with you, always smiling, very friendly and they actually remember you! Not to mention they’re all PHENOMENAL at their work. They are not only affordable but super professional. I will never go to another salon. My nails are always perfect when I leave!

First time getting my nails done here! I accidentally went to the wrong location so I called because I was worried I would be late but I was reassured that it would be okay :) the pace was quick and the atmosphere was nice and they really communicated to make sure I got what I wanted. Super attentive thank you!
