Such a cute salon, everyone working there is so nice. The cuts are precise and perfect. They take their time to make sure it's exactly what you want. Cut my hair and my mom's (two very different styles) and did a killer job on both! Thank you! 2023: As usual, Helen gives such a good cut. Always understands the assignment.

Helen and Alexis are awesome people and also really good at what they do. I've been referring people to them for years. I always get compliments on my hair or nails after having visited. They are my salon of choice in Ottawa.

I love Pygmalion Spa SO MUCH. the vibe is incredibly unpretentious and you feel like you're hanging out with great friends. Helen is a superstar hairstylist who has given me the best cuts and colours of my life. the services Alexis provides are perfect and executed with care. A real gem in the city!

I've been seeing Alexis since 2011 and wouldn't trust anyone else in the world with my esthetics services. Though I've known Jessie for a shorter time, the same goes for her and my hair. Both are not only talented but also incredibly kind and hilarious. They both immediately understood my tastes and personality and helped me choose styles/services accordingly. Emily at reception is a sweetheart, and accommodates any special and/or last-minute requests graciously. An experience at Pygmalion is a delight from start to finish, and I always leave looking and feeling fantastic!

Cute little spot! Jessie is a wonderful hairstylist (and human being in general :) ), always pleasant to chat with while getting my hair cut! All of the staff I've encountered have been very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! This is my new preferred spot for haircuts. I'm very pleased with my experience. :)
