I visited for a facial and overall it was good. The space itself was lovely — the room and table were comfortable. The blankets were soft, warm and I felt relaxed right away. That said, when comparing my experience to my companion’s, I realized there were some differences. My esthetician stepped out of the room for a while while my mask was on instead of giving me a scalp massage (as I expected). Usually that's what happens during a treatment while waiting for a treatment to work. There also wasn’t as much explanation about the products being applied or the steps of the treatment, which would have enhanced the experience. The facial itself was fine-I can't really complain but the overall experience could have been more attentive and aligned with what I expected. Also note this spa isn't one where you go and wait in a nice room. You change right in the room you are having your treatment in. I was offered some tea but in a small paper cup but no time to really drink it because off I went into the room. Mind you, I did show up exactly at my facial appointment time.

I have been going to Pure + Simple for many, many years, and I have nothing but incredible things to say about the staff and products. I've always loved the many facials and facialists over the years but I have to give a special shout out to Negar!! My discomfort and issues have always been due to my acne scarring and dryness which causes more blemishes, Negar took a look at my skin and gave me so much confidence that she will transform my skin, and it's not bad at all. I had a "choose the best" booked with her, she did extractions, hydrating facial and aqua derm. She kept me informed on pricing along they way. The facial was great, I was glowing for days, but the best came after!!! She told me I needed to make some minor changes to my skincare routine at home and showed me products both at affordable prices, and the luxury line. I opted for the more affordable choices, it was around the holidays and I just couldn't justify a splurge on myself, and WOW. My skin is truly, transformed. I have never seen results like this in my entire adult life! My skin is hydrated, acne scars are fading, hormonal blemishes are under control. Negar is my HERO! Trust this woman! You won't regret it! Thanks Pure & Simple! I will see you again soon!

I had an amazing experience at Pure + Simple from start to finish. The owner personally took care of me and made sure I was well looked after, which really set the tone for the visit. I was matched with Aga, and she was absolutely incredible. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. The treatment itself was so relaxing, especially the heated bed, which made the whole experience next level comfortable. My face has honestly never felt better. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterward. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Aga and Pure + Simple to anyone looking for top quality skincare and an overall great experience.

Amazing First Experience! I had a back facial with Diana! She was so sweet, knowledgeable and adapted the service to my needs! Cute spot, great location! They offered tea and water while I waited. The service was thorough and pleasant! Diana explained every step of the process and their benefits! Oh and the heated blanket - what a treat! I’ve already booked my next appointment! Highly recommend!

This has been my go-to since January 2024. I’ve only had great experiences and the rotating monthly specials are a good way to try something new. I really appreciate that there’s no upselling or pressure to commit to add ons or products. I highly recommend Mutsumi. She’s very knowledgeable, is prepared and aware of the products her clients are using and does a fantastic job analyzing and treating my skin. I always leave feeling refreshed and with a lovely glow for the day ahead.
