Their website is very misleading. It says they’re open on a certain day but it is actually referring to a different location. When I signed up for their services they didn’t disclose the fact that they are only open on certain days on your chosen location. The office assistants are very rude and unhelpful. Life happens and appointments get missed and that was the only time I was informed that they are not open 4 days a week as their website says for Leduc is only a part of a their rotational clinic model. If I have known from the very beginning I would have not signed up with them. You would have to wait for a month or two for a rescheduled appointment. So if you don’t drive and you want to stay local don’t go to Pure Ortho in Leduc as they are not available everyday and they wouldn’t disclose that during treatment offer.

Very friendly staff and nice location. I forgot my Invisalign chewies from out of province and they were very kind in helping me get a new set for my trip the same day I called asking for help. I’m not a patient here but if I was, I would definitely choose this clinic based on their attentiveness and great staff.

My 1st time at Pure Orthodontics was the Summer of 2023. Since visiting, I've had and is still having my best braces experience. I've recommended a few of my friends. I'm even planning on getting my son braces done there too. Since the installation of my braces, I had to make a few changes to my appointments for varying reason from time to time and they're always willing to accommodate my request. I find the team to be very professional and helpful. Their environment is super clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Pure Orthodontics to everyone who is thinking of embracing the braces journey. Everyone tells me how perfect my teeth now look and to date the team at Pure is ensuring it's perfect before de-bracing and I must say, I truly appreciate their work of art. Continue to do the magnificent job you're doing. You're changing many people's life in a positive way.Thank you for everything. God bless always 🙏

Definitely would recommend!! Everyone was very welcoming and Rebecca and Josie were super sweet and kind. They answered all the questions that I had and gave their opinion on what treatment I needed. Overall I had a great experience with Pure Orthodontics. Will be going back!

We recently had our first consultation at Pure Orthodontics, and it was phenomenal. My son had a lot of fears about the possible treatments, and honestly as a parent I was also quite nervous! We had all of our questions answered in a friendly, positive way. They were patient with my billion questions, and gave enough detail that I feel absolutely at ease about our treatment plan. The option of payment plans is also a game changer for us, we can comfortably afford to get the treatment he needs. We will absolutely be referring any of our friends and family to Pure!
