Very happy with the service I received at Pure Gold Automotive! 🥰 Zabrina friendly, straightforward and honest … her mechanics Bob and Co. also upfront and skilled. Left feeling confident and to enjoy driving again! 👌☺️ My vintage jeep needed some TLC , so made an appointment . Zabrina had me in the next morning, Bob thoroughly cked and dealt with the issue and had me happily on the road again. A fabulous team , generous with their time and expertise. I’m so grateful! ☺️🙌💕

Best mechanic shop I’ve been to in Nanaimo. Clear communication and they’ve always given an honest diagnosis of my car and my girlfriends car. They also solved an issue for my car that two other shops couldn’t figure out.

Female owned and operated. Fantastic shop! Zabrina is so helpful and honest! I feel I can really trust her to give me the best advice for my vehicle. She was honest about what was worth fixing and what wasn't. I've been to many shops over the years and have often left wondering if they're being fully transparent or just trying to squeeze money out of me. This is not the case when dealing with Zabrina. For once I've found a shop that I feel super confident will be honest, do a good job and give me fair prices. Thanks Pure Gold Automotive!

My vehicle was making a weird noise, and another shop quoted me a outrageous amount. I brought it into Pure Gold Automotive and they were able to squeeze me in. They told me exactly what I needed done and at a very reasonable price. At the end of my service, I was super happy with the quality of work that was done. The gentleman that I was talking to was very respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my family or friends!
