I booked a Running Assessment with Matt Redekopp due to long time IT Band pain and it was a great experience. I feel I can fully overcome the issue after this assessment. After seeing two other physio’s I can say I’d highly recommend this place.

I started going to Pure Form Physio about 8 months ago. After seeing other physio therapists I was skeptical about any positive results I might see but I was desperate. I can honestly say that Emily has totally changed my opinion on what a dedicated and professional health care provider can do for your quality of life. I am not cured but on the right track and feel fortunate to have someone I can count on to help me out.

I have gone to Pure Form Physio for a massage with Michael Tal a few times and was blown away. He was very attentive to where I was having problems in my neck and forearms, and honestly I have never felt so much relief. He also took the time to answer my questions and was so absolutely professional about it all. I generally am uncomfortable when I go for a massage, but Michael didn't make me feel that way at all and I would highly recommend him for anyone that is looking!!
