Highly reccomend Pure Form Physio to anyone. From the second you walk in, you are greeted by a lovely receptionist and the environment feels warm & welcoming. I absolutely recommend Riley! I finally feel like I have clear answers & a great recovery plan in place. He takes the time to truly listen to you & explain things in a way that makes sense off the bat.

Guido at Pure Form Physio has been amazing to work with after my ACL tear. He’s knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cares about my recovery. Pure Form physio is the BEST! Dan and all of his staff are amazing and so helpful. The customer service is incredibly comforting, and you immediately feel well taken care of. Dan is so knowledgeable in his profession, always very attentive to specific needs and giving a very thorough care plan to help improve the quality of my movement and health. Specifically with my needs, he takes the extra time to make sure that I am fully accessed and that I leave the office feeling confident and positive about my care. BIG THUMBS up!

I highly reccomend Pure Form Physio. They did an amazing job of helping me rehabilitate from a total knee replacement. They created new recovery workouts every 2 weeks that were fully online with pictures and videos. I found this very easy to follow and they created an expediated recovery for me. I found Walee Malik very responsive to my needs and able to create excercises to create custom improvements in areas that I required. For example when I told him I needed help walking up and down stairs, he created some new excercises that soon allowed me to go easily up and down stairs.
