All staff were great! Dr. Shin explained everything in detail and easy to understand. My hygienist, Leanh was kind and gentle. Receptionist was very helpful. 10/10 recommend

Awesome clinic with amazing staff! Been going here since ived moved to langley and have been very happy so far. Everyone is kind and really keeps an eye out for you. They were also able to accommodate an emergency check up very quick. Will continue to be coming back!

Been a patient here for a little over a year now and have only had good experiences. The whole team at Pure Dental Langley are lovely, and I actually enjoy going to the dentist now after years of anxiety! I appreciate the kind receptionists, the skilled hygienist/assistants, and Dr. Shin who is incredibly efficient with his work and approachable. They've got my full trust!

I had an amazing experience with my dental hygienist, LeAnh, at Pure Dental! She is incredibly thorough, gentle, and caring. I haven’t been to the denist in forever and have always hated going but from the moment I sat in the chair, she made sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I really appreciated how she took the time to share tips for better at-home care as it turns out I’ve been brushing a little too hard. Leanh’s professionalism and friendly personality made the visit surprisingly pleasant. I actually look forward to my future cleanings now. Thank you, LeAnh, and the whole Pure Dental team!

After the very first visit to this Pure dental, I could not wait any longer to leave a five-star review about how they treated me. Since all the dental offices are kept in good clean welcoming environments, so I don’t think I need to repeat that portion again. Every single person including doctor works at the dental office is all friendly but polite and professional. Other dental offices I had visited, even after they took obvious X-Rays and showed me, they still tried to overcharge me. On the other hand, Pure dental was honest, most importantly. Leanh(?), who did scaling and polishing, was super detail oriented. She kept checking in how I was doing. What and how differently she performed than my previous experience at other dental offices was she was not only showing me how to properly use the floss, but also she patiently DID the flossing for me one teeth by one teeth. Will revisit for sure. Thank you for all your great care!
