I cannot recommend this gym enough, no matter the fitness level they will work with you, or modify workouts so that you are doing movements safely, appropriately and pain free. They are always happy and supportive! The atmosphere is great, always a good time when I go in for a workout!

This BEST gym in town! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about your progress. Every workout is fun but challenging, and you’re always pushed in a supportive way to be your best. They meet you where you’re at, encourage you to grow, and help you build confidence both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a gym community that motivates you, supports you, and helps you become the best version of yourself, this is it!

I don't know why I went back. I walked out of there sore, tired, out of breath and will likely be in pain tomorrow morning... But as always, the coaches and box did not disappoint. Great energy, awesome team, clear and concise instructions, one on one development and good equipment. Yeah, I'll be back...

After being away from the gym for 6 months with the birth of my baby, Pure Athletics welcomed me back with open arms. What I loved most is that they encouraged me to take my time getting back into it so I didn't injure myself. They showed me different ways of doing things so I didn't hurt myself my first month back. It's so nice knowing every single coach has ALOT of training in all different aspects of health and fitness and truly want you to succeed, so therefore teach you properly. I love knowing that every coach there is VERY knowledgable. They are always continuing their training and making sure they are certified in everything they do. I love Pure Athletics! And i LOVE all the faces I see their every time I go, everyone there is so encouraging.
