I got the Kerasilk Smoothing Treatment from Desiree at Pur Indulgence Salon on October 10. I paid $370 and followed all the aftercare instructions, but after the first wash, there was no difference — my hair is still frizzy and dry. I’m very disappointed, and for the price, this feels like a total waste of money. I hope the salon is willing to make this right.

I recently got my haircut done from the place and it was amazingg!! Kyra was super nice and really understood what I wanted. I love my hair and will definitely return for my haircare needs. Their price is genuine and the hours are super convenient too!! 😊😊

My son had wonderful haircuts from age 1-3 here. Then, ONCE, we tried a Chatters cut... this was terrible idea, they gave the poor kid a bowl cut! We called Pur Indulgence and asked if they could squeeze us in that same night because it was my son's birthday the next day and he looked ridiculous. They were able to fit us in, fix my son's hair, and we are never going to get his hair cut anywhere else ever again. Thank you Desiree!

I had seen my colleagues haircut and hair color couple of years ago and was impressed with it and that's how I came to know about this salon and she also gave me the name of the stylist to go to. So, I almost waited a year to get through Devon and had recently been to the salon and get my hair cut and colored and it was an amazing experience. Devon knows her work really well and she showed me samples of color strand that would look good on me and also the type of cut she would do for me. I have got good feedback for my new hair from so many friends. I would definitely go this salon and Devon again.
