Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Andrew (the owner) was contracted out by a restoration company to look into some issues with my in-floor heating after a flood in my apartment. He came for the initial diagnosis with a promise to return after some more testing. Then he went on vacation. Then he got busy. Then he got PAID out by my insurance company for the first visit. And now he can't even bother to respond to any of my communications. I've sent texts. I've sent emails. I've contacted his office. He screens my calls. Won't even do me the courtesy of just saying he's too busy to follow up. I would NEVER use him again and would give him ZERO stars if I could!!!

I had PTX install 2 tv' with in wall wireing. The job went smoothly and was done on time. No mess was left when they finished. A great job and a great experience. Thanks team Phil.

Excellent Bathroom Ceiling Repair! I’m really impressed with the ceiling repair done in my bathroom. Willie was punctual, respectful of the space, and incredibly detail-oriented. He handled everything efficiently, and the final result is flawless — the ceiling looks smooth, clean, and perfectly finished. I appreciate the professionalism and quality craftsmanship. Would definitely recommend them for any home repair projects!

Absolutely fantastic experience with PTX Electric during our home renovation! Edward, our electrician, was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He relocated power outlets seamlessly, installed beautiful under-cabinet pot lighting, and added Pico light switches that work like a charm. The quality of work was top-notch and everything was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend PTX Electric!
